Forrest Moses is a prominent artist of expressionistic landscape paintings, monotypes and drawings. For the past 40 years his work has been shown in solo and group exhibitions in a wide array of premier national and international museums, including the Museum of Fine Arts - Santa Fe, the Mint Museum and the Roswell Museum of Art.

Michael Bergt is renowned for his meticulously rendered egg-tempera paintings and his figurative works on paper. A protégé of the world famous magic-realist Paul Cadmus, Bergt's museum exhibitions include, the Evansville Museum of Art and Science, the Kalamazoo Institute of Art and the Arnot Museum in Elmira, New York.

Realist painter Alex Zwarenstein is famous for painting the structural architecture of New York City and the characters that people it. His work is among the collections of the Museum of the City of New York, the National Art Gallery of Zimbabwe, the New York Stock Exchange and the London City Council to name a few.

Jesús Moroles is internationally renowned as one of the greatest sculptors working with granite today. Thousands of his sculptures have been installed worldwide, including in New York's E.F. Hutton CBS plaza, the First Lady's Sculpture Garden at the U.S. White House, the Smithsonian's National Museum of American Art and the Museum of Contemporary Art in Osaka, Japan. From the meager beginnings of a cotton picker, Moroles created a career spanning over thirty-years, which garnered him such honors as an appointment to the Board of Commissioners of the Smithsonian's National Museum of American Art. Jesús Moroles tells the readers of Art Interview Online Magazine how he raised himself from rags to riches with his passion and love for the arts.

CALL FOR ARTISTS:

The Art Interview - International Online Artist Competition is a quarterly, international, juried exhibition of paintings, drawings and sculptures in any medium. It is open to all living artists worldwide aged 16 and up. A European gallery exhibition and a total of € 17,000 in cash may be awarded each quarter to the first, second and third place winners. First place winners receive up to € 10,000 plus a featured interview in Art Interview Online Magazine.

The competition is run completely over the Internet, which eliminates the need for you to send slides or arrange for physical transportation of your artworks.
